ILEA San Salvador International Law Enforcement Academy Residence Hall Management Services

Background
The Department of State is seeking industry feedback on a draft solicitation for management services at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) San Salvador residence hall, located in San Salvador, El Salvador. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective administration and management of the residence hall, which supports the mission of the ILEA in providing law enforcement training.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of management and cleaning tasks including:
1. Cleaning guest rooms, lobby areas, and public spaces such as reception areas, hallways, lounges, bathrooms, gymnasium, and pool deck.
2. Specific cleaning tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting surfaces, cleaning glass panels, maintaining bathrooms by washing wares and replacing supplies like toilet paper.
3. Daily garbage disposal from all areas and ensuring cleanliness of common areas including gymnasiums and laundromats.
4. Weekly maintenance reports must be submitted to the ILEA Student Services Management Specialist.
5. The contractor must ensure that all personnel wear uniforms and proper identification at all times for safety and uniformity.
6. The contractor shall also manage utilities conservation practices and report any issues with utilities or malfunctioning systems immediately to the ILEA Student Service Management Specialist.
