Background
The United States Embassy in Buenos Aires is seeking quotations for catering services for the U.S. Independence Day celebration. The event aims to honor the adventurous spirit and regional diversity of the U.S. through its iconic highways and destinations, with a theme titled 'The Great American Road Trip'.

The contract will be awarded based on the initial offer without discussions, and it will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all specialized labor, materials, equipment, and professional supervision necessary to execute the catering service during the event. The catering service will be held at the U.S. Ambassador's Residence on June 24, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Specific tasks include:
- Serving hors d’oeuvres for 200 guests from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Hosting a reception for 1,000 guests from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Proposing a menu featuring traditional dishes from various U.S. regions aligned with the event theme.
- Menu suggestions include items such as pastrami sandwiches, mini hot dogs, lobster bites, and various desserts like pecan pies and mini donuts.

The decoration of the venue will align with the theme but is not the responsibility of the catering company.

The contract performance period is set for June 24, 2025, specifically during the hours of the event from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
