IDIQ Sludge Removal at Russellville Site Office   2

Background
The intent of this contract is to provide sludge removal/restroom services at Russellville Site Office. The Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Lock and Dam are located at Arkansas River navigation mile 205.5 in Pope and Yell counties, Arkansas, at the north edge of Dardanelle and the southwest edge of Russellville.
The McClellan Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) is a multipurpose system developed and maintained for navigation, power generation, environmental stewardship, and recreational purposes.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform sludge removal/restroom services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
Services include but are not limited to sludge removal, drain clean outs, and placement and maintenance of portable toilets. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles necessary to assure that all services are performed according to the contract specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of approximately 12 months and two (2) 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year – March 1, 2022 or date of award whichever is later through February 28, 2023; Option Year I – March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024; Option Year II – March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025
