IDIQ Mowing and Grounds Work

Background
The Dardanelle Field Office and Russellville Site Office are located along the Arkansas River, which serves multiple purposes including flood reduction, power generation, and recreation.

The contract aims to provide mowing and grounds maintenance services at various parks and facilities under the jurisdiction of the Russellville Site Office. The goal is to ensure these areas are well-maintained for public use and environmental management.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to perform mowing and ground maintenance services. Specific tasks include:
- Inspection of grounds
- Policing of grounds
- Mowing and trimming of designated areas including Old Post Day Use Area, Old Post Camping Area, Russellville Site Office Admin Area, Bona Dea Park, Prairie Creek Pump Station & Dike, Riverview Park, Shoal Bay Park, Spadra Park, McLean Pumping Station, Piney Bay Park, and Dardanelle Powerhouse.

The work is categorized into semi-improved and unimproved areas with specific performance objectives outlined in the Performance Requirements Summary. The contractor must adhere to quality control measures and submit daily reports on activities performed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months starting from March 1, 2025 or the award date (whichever is later), with two additional option years each lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the Dardanelle Field Office area in Arkansas including parks and facilities along the Arkansas River.
