IDIQ Mowing and Grounds Services - OZARK   2

Background
The Ozark Field Office, part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is responsible for managing, conserving, and improving natural resources while providing quality outdoor recreation.

The goal of this contract is to provide mowing and grounds maintenance services at various locations within the Ozark Field Office Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes parks and access roads in the Russellville Site Office area.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to provide inspection and grounds maintenance services at the Ozark Field Office. The work includes:
- Mowing and trimming at specified locations including:
- Ozark Field Office Joint Semi-Improved Mowing (18.49 Acres)
- Ozark Jeta-Taylor Access Rd. Semi-Improved Mowing (3.39 Acres)
- Aux Arc Joint Semi-Improved Mowing (2.7 Acres)
- Aux Arc Park Semi-Improved Mowing (29.2 Acres)
- Aux Arc Undeveloped Brush Hogging (Approx. 2.8 Acres)
- Clear Creek Park Semi-Improved Mowing (24.6 Acres)
- Springhill Park Semi-Improved Mowing (94 Acres)
- Ozark Powerhouse & Const. Office Semi-Improved Mowing (7.2 Acres).

Additionally, the contractor must ensure quality control through a developed program that includes daily inspections and reports on service performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year starting from March 1, 2025, or the date of award, whichever is later, with two additional option years each lasting twelve months.

Place of Performance
Ozark Field Office Area of Responsibility including locations such as the Ozark Field Office, Aux Arc Park, Clear Creek Park, Springhill Park, and other specified areas.
