This acquisition is to provide one (1) non-personal services contract for operation and maintenance service within the area of responsibility of the Gillham Lake Project Office.
Place(s) and date(s) of performance:
Delivery shall be made to Gillham Lake Project Office, 706 DeQueen Lake Road, DeQueen, AR 71832.
Dates of performance will be as follows:
Base Period Date of Contract Award 31 AUG 2024
Option Period 1 1 SEP 2024 31 AUG 2025
Option Period 2 1 SEP 2025 31 AUG 2026
Minimum Guarantee:
The guaranteed minimum is $10,000.00 and is for the base period only. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised.
Quotes are due no later than Monday, September 25, 2023, at 10:00 AM CDT.

Background
This acquisition is to provide one (1) non-personal services contract for operation and maintenance service within the area of responsibility of the Gillham Lake Project Office. Gillham Lake is a flood control and water supply lake, and the Gillham Lake Project Office is responsible for the maintenance and operations of one (1) spillway and five (5) parks/public use areas. The Contractor’s work schedule shall be sufficiently flexible to meet changing needs.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles required to perform the operation and maintenance service within the area of responsibility of the Gillham Lake Project Office. The work includes minor repair, renovation, or high lake levels that may cause temporary closing of parts of some parks. The Contractor’s work and responsibility include all planning, programming, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services are conducted under the contract and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives.
