This is a request for quote for IBM MaaS360 Essentials Suite (SaaS) Managed Client Device Licences for iPads (Brand Name Requirement) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX 78236. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Women Owned-Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 513210 and the size standard is $47 million.

Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your responses to Tommie Low at tommie.low.1@us.af.mil no later than 10:00A.M. CST, 5 September 2024 (Thursday) or sooner, if possible.

Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the 502nd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX, for the procurement of IBM MaaS360 Essentials Suite (SaaS) Managed Client Device Licenses specifically for iPads. The goal of this contract is to provide mobile device management solutions to support the operational needs of the agency. This purchase is set aside for 100% Women Owned Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of IBM MaaS360 Essentials Suite Managed Client Device Licenses for iPads. The specific products include:
- IBM MaaS360 Essentials Suite (SaaS) Managed Client Device per Month-Renewal, Manufacturer Part Number: 0001 D1P3GLL-R
- IBM MaaS360 Essentials Suite (SaaS) Cloud Service Level Agreement, Manufacturer Part Number: D1P3KLL
- IBM MaaS360 Essentials Suite (SaaS) Managed Client Device Overage – Renewal, Manufacturer Part Number: D1P3HLL-9000 R.
