Background
The solicitation is issued by the Department of Defense for the InterService/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) 2024, which aims to enhance training and simulation capabilities.

The Expo Group is designated as the exclusive source for providing necessary services related to drayage, equipment, carpet, exhibit structures, and material rentals for this event.

The conference will take place from December 2 to December 6, 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide drayage services, equipment rental, carpet installation, and exhibit structure build-out for various government booths at I/ITSEC 2024.

Specific tasks include:
- Delivery and pickup of three semi-trailers containing government equipment.
- Installation and removal of exhibit structures and materials from November 26 through December 6, 2024.
- Drayage services for government equipment shipped directly to OCCC or loaded onto rented semi-trailers.
- Construction of exhibit booths according to approved designs while adhering to local safety codes.
- Provision of carpeting and structural build-out for specified booths (1239, 1333, 1233, 1339, 149, 249, 1935, 1861, and 2135).
- Maintenance of a clean and professional appearance throughout the event.
