ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for hyperspectral camera in accordance with the specifications listed below. The requirement is utilizing brand name or equal.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Camera dimensions 1.5x1.5x1.5 inches (38x38x38 mm) or smaller
• Camera weight of 40g or less
• USB interface for ease of connection and accessibility, and rapid reconfiguration
• Viewable spectrums of 460-600nm and 665-960nm
• Mosaic style camera (not line-scan)
• Diffuse reflection target for calibration
• Mini-tripod for initial setup
• VIS/NIR Lens for each camera
• Protective transport case

This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in clause 52.212-2 contained within the attached solicitation, N0016422Q0212.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13 as a written synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-22-Q-0212 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
