Background
The contract is issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Knox, KY, for the provision of HVAC systems to support training operations. The goal is to ensure that the internal temperature of the tents remains at a comfortable 68 degrees Fahrenheit despite external temperature fluctuations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to meet these requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide separate self-supported HVAC systems for twelve (12) Navi-Trac tents and thirty-one (31) Sprung structures. Each HVAC unit must maintain an internal temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit under varying external conditions. The contractor is required to deliver and maintain these units at specified locations, ensuring they are operational by designated dates. Specific tasks include:
1. Providing all labor, supervision, management, materials, and equipment necessary for HVAC rental, delivery, and maintenance.
2. Ensuring that each Navi-Trac tent can accommodate up to 150 personnel and cool from over 100 degrees to 68 degrees.
3. Ensuring that each Sprung structure can accommodate up to 14 personnel under similar cooling requirements.
4. Maintaining the desired temperature until specified end dates in August 2025.
5. Providing additional cooling units if the required temperature is not achieved within the stipulated time frame.

Period of Performance
The contract period spans from May 20, 2025, to May 19, 2026, with options extending through May 19, 2028.
