HVAC Service for Tenant Units   2

Background
This is a non-personnel services contract to provide comprehensive HVAC service for Air Combat Command’s tenant units IT and test facilities at Eglin AFB, FL. The primary ACC tenant units at Eglin, AFB are 53 WG and 350 SWW responsible for developing, optimizing, and testing Spectrum Warfare mission data. The HVAC service is intended to ensure the 53 WG and 350 SWW can perform their missions as directed by AFMAN 10-703, Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on ACC tenant units’ Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes planning, coordination, surveillance of activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application.
The contract shall cover currently owned HVAC systems as well as any ACC tenant unit systems added to meet future requirements. The contractor shall also develop and maintain an effective quality control program and implement procedures to identify and prevent defective services.
The period of performance shall be for one Base Year of 12 months and four 12-month option years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations at Eglin AFB including 513 EWS, 16 EWS, 36 EWS, the Norway-Italy Reprogramming Laboratory (NIRL), and 53 CSS.
