Design-Build HVAC & Roof Replacements for Building 1-Dormitory, Building 2-Gymnasium, and Building 3-Main Building at the Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center in Memphis, TN

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified contractor to complete design-build construction for HVAC and Roof Replacements at the Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center as described in the RFP. The Government intends to utilize Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures as described in FAR 36.3. Evaluation factors are described in Sections L & M of the RFP.

This solicitation is being advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 236220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45.0 Million.

In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

The successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 9:00 am local time at the Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center (1555 McAlister Dr, Memphis, TN 38116). Additional details regarding the site visit can be found in the RFP. Registration for the site visit is requested.
