Description

The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division
on behalf of US Army Garrison Public Works Directorate has a requirement for Heating Ventilation Air
Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services and Unscheduled Maintenance Repairs.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract. Funds will be obligated for
services ordered upon issuance of Delivery Orders and not by the basic contract. The contract will consist of a singe base year, and four, one-year optional ordering periods. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
