1. Do the Superintendent, SSHO and QC Manager need to be 3 separate individuals? No. However, one person will not wear all three hats.
2. (If building is occupied) Are there any phasing requirements? How many people will be in the building? Are there any temporary heating/cooling requirements? We anticipate that the contractor will not be working on any part of the project if we are trying to class cotton. We want to provide complete access to the building so the contractor can complete the job as soon as possible. Contractor would have complete access to the mechanical room during the project.
3. Can the period of performance be extended after award once the material/equipment lead times are confirmed due to current market conditions for the equipment for this project? We expect offerors to submit their offers and dates in good faith, using the delivery dates quoted by the manufacturers. If the manufacturer changes the delivery date after award, offerors will not be penalized for this unforeseen circumstance. Offerors are encouraged to use the best information available in submitting responses so that the government may make an informed decision on award.

Background
The solicitation is for HVAC Equipment Replacement in Corpus Christi, Texas. The estimated magnitude of the project is $500,000 to $1,500,000. Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the work specified in the attachments to this solicitation. Operations shall be scheduled and conducted to minimize erosion of soils and to prevent silting and muddying of streams, rivers, irrigation systems, and impoundments.
Mechanized equipment shall not be operated in flowing streams without written approval by the government.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Corpus Christi Classing Office located at 3545 Twin River Boulevard, Corpus Christi TX 78410-1609 US.
