HVAC EMCS INSTALLATION

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for an HVAC EMCS installation in accordance with the Statement of Work at USCG Sector Key West; 100 Trumbo Pt Key West, FL, 33040.

Site Visit. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities before submitting bids.

Requests for site visits shall include the Company name, Employees full names, Driver's License State and Number and ensure vehicles have current insurance and registrations. A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit.

Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submission is Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 12:00pm (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the

Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that
