HVAC Duct Cleaning IDIQ   3

Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to make a single award for HVAC Duct Cleaning services with a period of performance 20 September 2022 through 19 September 2023; with four (4) 12-month option periods. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to perform air duct cleaning services at various locations on Hurlburt Field, FL as determined by the government. The contractor shall be licensed by the state of Florida and insured. All work shall be accomplished using commonly accepted commercial standards/practices and in accordance with the applicable guidance.

This acquisition is being offered for competition to Small Business Program participants with an active Small Business status. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561790 and PSC of J045with a size standard of $8M.

The anticipated issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on or about 18 July 2022 with offers due on or around 12 August 2022.
