Hurlburt Field, FL Gutter System Cleaning Services   3

Background
The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to establish a single or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against which to place orders for recurring gutter system inspection/diagnostics and clearing of all debris at Hurlburt Field, FL in accordance with the Statement of Work. A BPA is not a contract, but an agreement that establishes the price and terms and conditions of future orders/calls. The BPA will have an individual call limit of $25,000.00 and a maximum ceiling of $600,000.00. This agreement does not obligate the Government, only calls made from authorized callers will obligate the Government.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that all gutter systems be cleared of debris for 109 buildings at Hurlburt Field, FL. The projected period of performance of the agreement is 1 March 2024 through 28 February 2028.
Work shall be performed at Hurlburt Field, FL.
The contractor shall accomplish all gutter system cleaning tasks to meet the requirements of this SOW. The minimum cleaning frequencies are established in this document. The contractor shall safely clean gutter systems listed in Appendix A 'Exhibit 1' (IAW) 'Exhibit 2' and comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). After the contract award, the contractor and the Authorized Government Representative (AGR) shall review the current inspection, and testing status of all gutter systems included in this contract.
