Background
This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The solicitation is for the replacement of flooring in the Lincoln Conference Room at the Huntington VA Medical Center. The evaluation factors for this solicitation are lowest price technically acceptable, brand name or equal, and installation requirements. All proposals must be submitted electronically by 1:00PM EST on Thursday, September 21, 2023. Work Details
The scope of work includes providing all resources necessary to remove & discard the existing carpeting flooring and installing new carpet (CPT) flooring and cove base in the Lincoln Conference Room.
The CPT flooring specification is brand name or equal to Patcraft Harmonious #00450 Aspire (approximately 140 yards).
Cove base specification is brand name or equal to Mannington Regel Edge Effects (approximately 150 linear feet).
The flooring installation must be completed within 30 days after contract award.

Period of Performance
The flooring installation must be completed within 30 days after contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Hershel “Woody” Williams VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704.
