Notice of Intent to Increase Ceiling on Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center intends to award a modification to an existing single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to increase the ceiling for support services for Health and Human Performance Contract (HHPC) to KBR Wyle Services, LLC. The purpose of this ceiling increase is to allow the continuation of work currently performed under associated task orders while the follow-on IDIQ contract is competed. This modification will increase the contract ceiling by $460M, from $1.44B to Not-to-Exceed $1.9B. This modification will be issued under the authority of 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)B, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
