Human Capital Support Services

Background
The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO), located at 732 North Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC 20401, provides publishing and dissemination services for official government publications to Congress, Federal Agencies, Federal Depository Libraries, and the American Public.

The Human Capital (HC) business unit within GPO acts as a strategic partner with agency management by offering support in various areas including Talent Acquisitions, Transactions Processing and Records Management, Classification, and Medical Services. The goal of this contract is to secure full-time equivalents in these areas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HC unit.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Human Capital Support Services which include:
- Talent Acquisitions: Six (6) Human Capital Specialists for Recruiting and Staffing.
- Transactions Processing: Two (2) Human Capital Senior Transactions Specialists (Key Personnel), Two (2) Human Capital Junior Transactions Specialists, and Two (2) Human Capital Assistants for Transactions Processing.
- Classification: Eight (8) Human Capital Specialists for Classification.
- Medical Services: One (1) Medical Technician Administrative Support (Key Personnel).

The services are essential from the time employees apply for a job until they leave GPO. Key functions include Agency Awards Programs, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, HR Automation/e-gov, Onboarding, Pay Administration and Compensation, Recruitment Strategies, Workers Compensation, and Workforce Development and Training.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from February 3, 2025 to February 2, 2030. This includes one base year plus four option years.

Place of Performance
Work can be performed remotely or at GPO’s Central Office located at 732 North Capitol St. NW Washington DC. Additional travel will not be required.
