Description: The United States Air Force (USAF), Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Support Staff, is seeking information regarding vendors that can provide specific personnel training.

Request For Information (RFI) Only. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal or Quotes (RFP/RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.

The Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense.

Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued.

This RFI is primarily used to conduct Market Research which will enable the USAF to determine the availability of commercial services and to identify and evaluate market practices.

Overview: The HQ ACC Support Staff is looking for vendors to display their capability to organize events and train Government personnel on increasing creativity, strategy & thoughtfulness; managing workload pace, pressure, and unnecessary urgencies; optimizing and organizing communications; reducing wasteful work; and support for mental health due to workload/burnout.

Scope: See the attached Statement of Need (SON) document for complete requirements and details.

Information Requested: Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a whitepaper. The whitepaper should be in Adobe pdf format. The whitepaper response is limited to five (5) single-sided pages and submitted via e-mail only to the Government Points of Contact (POC) listed below. Whitepaper response shall include complete Company Information, to include Official Name, mailing address, phone number, SAM information (CAGE code and UEI code), and e-mail of designated point of contact.

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF), Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), is seeking information regarding vendors that can provide specific personnel training in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Support Staff.

This Request For Information (RFI) is primarily used to conduct market research to determine the availability of commercial services and to identify and evaluate market practices.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide training services that include:
1. Diagnostic prescreening to evaluate the current skills and knowledge of participants.
2. Training on determining high-value and low-value tasks and meetings related to the unit’s purpose, mission, goal, and values.
3. Best practices for efficient meeting agenda and task scheduling, including managing discussions and steering meetings towards productive consensus.
4. Techniques for time and communication management, utilizing available tools to prioritize time expenditures and consolidate information from multiple sources.
5. Guidance on selecting the proper communication tool based on the type of information and audience, while avoiding information overload for others.
6. Schedule management strategies that foster meaningful work, agility, creativity, and strategic vision.

The program will consist of multiple in-person two-day workshops for a total of 150-200 participants at Langley Air Force Base, with mandatory travel for in-person training. Additionally, an all-hands virtual wrap-up event will conclude the training program. The contractor will also provide research services to ensure training material reflects current best practices.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be one twelve-month Base Year with an option for one additional twelve-month year.
