Description

Please see attached documents and provide a quote that meets the Equipment List, shipping requirements, and that complies with what is identified in this paragraph. The anticipated purchase method for this requirement is a Government Purchase Card (GPC), and a quoted price MUST be for a GPC purchase. Due to this we cannot accept quotes with open market items. All software-type items must be TAA compliant. GPC purchases are exempt from state taxes. Shipping must be included in total price and the quote must state "FOB Destination." Price is the primary basis for a Best Value Evaluation. Submit only written quotes; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms and/or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Billing must not occur prior to shipment. All quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days. Solicitation of this quote does not represent any obligation from the U.S. Gov't. In order for a quote to be considered for award, you must follow the directions in this statement. As this is an order against the ESI BPA, only those specific contract holders will be considered.

The 309 SMXG Group Tools Team is seeking to develop engineering database web applications and requires HP Fortify Premium Renewals to supplement their current DevSecOps testing. The purchase agency is the Hill Enterprise Data Center/75th Communications Squadron (HEDC), which utilizes HP Fortify Premium Edition to scan all software they host. The team has incorporated HP Fortify into their existing DevSecOps and provides outputs to HEDC for analysis. In addition to meeting the HEDC requirement, HP Fortify also provides significant cost reduction by eliminating the need for manual code review.
