Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 16, is issuing a solicitation for courier services to support the Houston VA Medical Center (VAMC).

Work Details
The contractor will provide courier services including:
1. Pickup and delivery of items between the MEDVAMC and various Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) such as Beaumont, Lufkin, Richmond, Tomball, Lake Jackson, Conroe, Texas City, Galveston, Katy, Humble, Sugar Land, and others as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Services will include two pickups and deliveries per day for most locations:
- 1st Trip: Between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- 2nd Trip: Between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
3. Additional bulk truck services from MEDVAMC to specified CBOCs as outlined in the PWS.
4. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain a high standard of service throughout the contract period.

The services will be performed in Houston, TX and surrounding areas where the MEDVAMC and CBOCs are located.
