Background
The U.S. Naval Academy is hosting the Inspire Program, which provides highly qualified candidates from underrepresented groups and their guardians the opportunity to experience midshipman life at the academy. The program aims to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and geographic areas with few applicants.

Work Details
The contract requires a hotel to provide 80 single occupancy rooms for 80 visiting guardians and candidates from 18th to 20th April 2024. The hotel must also provide conference and food requirements, including registration area, parking, and shuttle service. Additionally, the hotel must be located in Annapolis, Maryland, within a maximum 10-minute drive from USNA and accommodate full-size USNA buses conveniently for loading & unloading attendees.
