HOTEL LODGING AND RELATED

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a potential requirements for Yellow Ribbon events. The intent of the sources sought is to identify how many Small Business can comply with the magnitude of each event based on the quantities needed. SEE TABLE ENCLOSED.
IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR THIRD PARTY HOTEL AGENTS.

This is a sources sought notice and request for information (RFI). This is not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. The summary of the requirement is as follows:

1. The requirement consists of providing all required for Lodging, Meals, Conference Rooms, Related Conference Room Equipment, and Parking.

2. Below you will find the recommended dates for the events, however, if those dates are not available, please provide alternate dates that you may have availability in that specific month.

April 27-30, 2023

May 18-21, 2023

June 1-5, 2023

June 8-12, 2023

August 10-14, 2023

Quantities of the requirement will not change despite the changes of dates.
