This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Bids are requested under Solicitation #AG-4D90-S-16-0013 for Hopkins County Texas Wetland Reservce Program Wetland Construction Project. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Solicitation, Specifications and Drawings. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Classification Code is 237990 and the size standard is $27.5 million. Work will begin as outlined in the solicitation.
