Background
The solicitation is for the installation and maintenance of Honeywell HVAC controllers at Building# C-29, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck/Leonardo, New Jersey. The work is to be performed in accordance with safety requirements set forth in the most recent version of the Army Corps of Engineering EM 385-1-1 unless specified otherwise. The existing features are to remain and new work shall be protected from damage due to construction activities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish and install various Honeywell equipment including WEB-8000 Front-End network Controller, NC 25 device core, 34 Point I/O Module, Lon Module, and provide all necessary engineering, programming, integration, upgrade of existing AX data base for N4, configuration for the new Honeywell System, mapping of all points, graphics programming (3-D), migration of 3-D equipment graphics and floor plan on supervisor, and custom trending, alarming, scheduling.

Period of Performance
Performance period is from August 31, 2023 to September 29, 2023.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Building# C-29, Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck/Leonardo, New Jersey.
