HM&E system support for Division 41.   3

This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for HM&E services as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue an unrestricted competitive solicitation for procurement of Support Services for HM&E system support for Division 41. It is the Government's intention to issue a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with provisions for both Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and Firm-Fixed-Price contract line items. The potential period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be up to seventy-two (72) months.
This announcement does not constitute a solicitation. Specific details will be provided in the solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) (N64498-18-R-4015), which will be posted on the World Wide Web at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (click on Vendors), at least 15 days after posting of this notice.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. See www.sam.gov for further information and instructions. Be advised that periodic access to the websites listed above is essential for obtaining updated documentation and the latest information regarding the procurement.
