High Assurance Computer Systems Security   2

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) for High Assurance Computer Systems Security. The contract aims to provide scientific, engineering, technical, analytical, and project management support for various NRL research programs and activities.

The goal is to procure support for establishing and maintaining computational and secure networking resources as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is a re-compete of the existing contract N00173-21-F-2015 previously awarded to Arcfield, Inc.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Furnishing all labor required to accomplish Delivery Orders/Task Orders (DO/TOs) as per the SOW titled 'High Assurance Computer Systems Security'.
2. Providing all Other Direct Costs (ODCs), including travel and materials/equipment necessary for fulfilling DO/TOs. ODCs will be billed exclusive of fee, with travel reimbursed at actual direct costs.
3. Delivering all data as required by the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1423, which is incorporated as Exhibit A.
4. Delivering all property acquired or created in support of this contract, including material and equipment, with appropriate identification and valuation as per DoD standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined based on task orders issued under this indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum order amount of $50,000 and a maximum order amount of $90 million.
