THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of materials, machinery, or services. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely at the responding parties' expense. Respondents are solely responsible for properly marking and clearly identifying any proprietary information or trade secrets contained within their response. The Government will not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly marked and clearly identified. Proprietary information received in response to this sources sought will be safeguarded and hand HHS is requiring the continuation and consolidation of Microsoft Licensing, Software Assurance, Subscription services, Premier and Consulting services, and Azure Cloud services; as well as access to the Microsoft web portal to track, monitor, and report all enrollments, licenses, and products.

benefits. The Contractor shall provide a mechanism for HHS organizations to convert existing
licenses to cloud-based services and retain their Software Assurance benefits.
2.1.6 Training and Support
The Contractor shall provide training and support services to HHS personnel as needed. This
includes training on software installation, usage, and administration, as well as support for
troubleshooting and issue resolution. The Contractor shall provide access to training materials,
online resources, and technical support channels to assist HHS personnel in maximizing their
use of Microsoft software and services.
2.2 Task 2 – Consulting Services
The Contractor shall provide consulting services related to the implementation, deployment,
and optimization of Microsoft software and services within HHS organizations. These services
may include but are not limited to:
● Planning and design of Microsoft solutions based on organizational requirements
● Migration and implementation of Microsoft software and services
● Configuration and customization of Microsoft applications
● Integration of Microsoft solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
● Performance tuning and optimization of Microsoft software and services
● Training and knowledge transfer to HHS personnel
The specific consulting services required will be defined in individual delivery orders based on the
needs of each HHS organization.
2.3 Task 3 – Support Services
The Contractor shall provide support services for Microsoft software and services used by HHS
organizations. This includes but is not limited to:
● Technical support for troubleshooting issues with Microsoft software and services
● Assistance with software installation, configuration, and updates
● Guidance on best practices for using Microsoft applications effectively
● Resolution of software bugs or performance issues
Support services may be provided through various channels such as phone, email, or online chat,
and may have different response times depending on the severity of the issue.
