HELENA-LEWIS AND CLARK NATIONAL FOREST - Forest Wide Roof Replacements Project   2

Background
The project is initiated by the USDA Forest Service, specifically for the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The mission of the agency is to manage and protect national forests and grasslands while providing sustainable resources and recreational opportunities.

The goal of this contract is to perform roof replacements across the forest, ensuring that facilities are maintained in good condition for public use and safety.

Work Details
The work includes the removal and disposal of existing roofing systems, which encompasses underlayment and associated roofing components such as flashing. Contractors are required to install new underlayment, a specified roofing system, and all necessary associated roofing components.

Additionally, contractors must provide all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the work. All waste materials generated from this work must be disposed of off Forest Service land in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed until August 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place at various locations within the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest, specifically under the jurisdiction of the Helena Ranger District located at 2880 Skyway Drive, Helena MT 59602.
