Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Housing Counseling (OHC) is seeking Contractor support to develop and maintain a HECM Loan Comparison and Underwriting Tool (HLCUT) for Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) roster counselors with secure online access. The HLCUT shall provide calculations on all types of HECM loan products including cost of origination, servicing, mortgage insurance premium, amortization schedules, total annual loan cost and track responses to required client questions during counseling sessions.

Background

The goal of the contract is to provide calculations on all types of HECM loan products including cost of origination, servicing, mortgage insurance premium, amortization schedules, total annual loan cost and track responses to required client questions during counseling sessions.

Work Details
The work includes developing and maintaining a HECM Loan Comparison and Underwriting Tool (HLCUT) for Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) roster counselors with secure online access. The tool shall provide calculations on all types of HECM loan products including cost of origination, servicing, mortgage insurance premium, amortization schedules, total annual loan cost and track responses to required client questions during counseling sessions.
The contractor shall manage, account for, and secure all Government information provided or acquired by the Contractor. The Contractor shall not use any information provided or acquired under this contract for any purpose other than in the performance of this contract.
