Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Lifecycle Replacement (LCR)

Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) expects to have, at a minimum, 16 HVAC systems replaced within its compound. There are 4 non real property buildings that have been identified with multiple HVAC systems. Replacement of all systems will require coordination with the Government in order to project the proper scheduling for personnel directly involved in the LCR and those within the buildings if required for relocation. The contractor shall have all 16 HVAC LCRs completed within 12 months of award.
