Background
The solicitation, 80HQTR23R0001, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for NASA Headquarters Operational Support Services (HOSS) II. The contract aims to provide the personnel, materials, and facilities necessary to perform the work and furnish the items specified in the Supplies and/or Services To Be Provided clause of this contract in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Attachment A; Safety and Health Plan, Attachment E; Contract Historical Data, Attachment F; Contractor-Proposed Enhancements, Attachment L; and task orders issued hereunder.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the personnel, materials, and facilities necessary to perform the work and furnish the items specified in the Supplies and/or Services To Be Provided clause of this contract in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Monthly progress reports are required to be submitted by the Contractor covering Core Services and all Task Orders active during each month of contract performance. The reports shall address accomplishments, progress, risks or problems impeding performance, proposed corrective actions, and projected work activities for the next monthly reporting period.
Additionally, a final report summarizing results of the entire Core contract and each individual Task Order is required.
