HCORE Support Professional Other R499 RFI

Background
The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capabilities for professional administrative staffing support services. The request for information is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), an offer to negotiate, or as an obligation on the part of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response. ASPR is seeking information regarding potential contractor(s) to provide labor, supervision, and all other resources necessary for professional administrative staffing support services at multiple locations both onsite and offsite. It is anticipated that this requirement will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract single award IDIQ and/or a multiple award IDIQ.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide professional contractor personnel with the required skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise to support ASPR performing the work described under Contractor Personnel Support Areas listed in order to meet the requirements of this contract and task orders for administrative support. The Contractor shall provide all contractor personnel, materials, services, and facilities as required to conduct the requirements of this award on a firm-fixed price (FFP) or time-and-material (T&M) basis. The Contractor shall provide a plan for transitioning to the new contract within 30, 60, or 90 calendar days from the date of award.
