Description

The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capabilities for professional technical and medical support staffing services.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.0002 (b)(2) this Request for Information is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), an offer to negotiate, or as an obligation on the part of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response. Responses are strictly voluntary. Respondents will not be compensated, and all information becomes property of the Government upon submission.

The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response is seeking information regarding potential contractors to provide labor, supervision, and all other resources necessary for professional technical and medical staffing support services at multiple locations both onsite and offsite. It is anticipated that this requirement will be issued as a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract. Staffing personnel shall be sufficient in quantity, availability, experience, and technical qualifications to perform work required for administrative staffing support

Background
The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capabilities for professional technical and medical support staffing services. ASPR is seeking information regarding potential contractors to provide labor, supervision, and all other resources necessary for professional technical and medical staffing support services at multiple locations both onsite and offsite. It is anticipated that this requirement will be issued as a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract.

Work Details
The Offeror shall provide professional contractor personnel with the required skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise to support ASPR performing the work described under Contractor Personnel Support Areas listed in order to meet the requirements of this contract and task orders for technical and medical support. The Offeror shall propose an appropriate labor mix that meets and/or exceeds the United States Government (USG) performance goals utilizing both industry standards and the labor categories utilized under and propose new labor categories if deemed warranted. The Offeror shall provide routine performance reports deliverables to the M-COR with cc to TO-CORs and CO/CS as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; CONUS; OCONUS (e.g., Guam, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Japan).
