The purpose of this Amendment is:

1) to extend due date to 26 Augsut 2020, at 08:00 AM EST

2) to attach the redacted Justification & Approval under FAR 13 for a brand name requirement.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Ft. Sam Houston, on behalf of the Office of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) intends to award a contract to provide HCL Domino software license subscriptions.

We are interested in vendors that can possibly fulfill the requirement listed below for HCL Domino Software:

Period of Performance:

Base Year: 24 September 2020 through 23 September 2021.

Option Year One: 24 September 2021 through 23 September 2022

Option Year Two: 24 September 2022 through 23 September 2023

1. HCL Connections Authorized User Annual SW Subscription & Support - QTY 32

2. HCL Domino Utility Server Processor Value Unit (PVU) SW Subscription & Support Renewal - QTY 1,600

3. HCL Domino Enterprise Server Processor Value Unit (PVU) SW Subscription & Support Renewal - QTY 400

4. HCL Domino Enterprise Client Access License Authorized User SW - QTY 250

Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further specifics.

Vendors are required to format their quote based upon the attached HCL CLIN structure.
