The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting information from potential qualified sources to support a potential requirement for Suzuki Outboard Motor Inspection, Repair and Refurbishment for Hawaii.

The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) specifies the requirements for this effort. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort. The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns. The NAICS code is 811490, Repair and Maintenance. A Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract is anticipated. Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities. The resultant contract is anticipated be for a base period of 12 months with four, one year option periods of 12 months each.

This is a new requirement for Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD).

The anticipated NAICS code is 811490 with a size standard of $8M.

Interested companies should include the following information in their responses:

(1) CAGE CODE

(2) Name and address of firm;

(3) Size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and type of small business (8 (a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran- Owned, Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business);

(4) Ownership including Country of Ownership, System for Award Management (SAM) information, and DUNS Number, if available;

(5) Number of years in business;

(6) Point of contact including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address

(7) For purposes of better understanding the market, interested parties are encouraged to submit an estimated burdened rate per hour for technicians.

(8) Whether the interested party has the ability to support similar requirements for the East Coast, West Coast and Hawaii.

There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. Summaries should be no longer than five pages in length.
