  7. Quotes are to be sent on SIGNED AND FILLED IN SOLICITATION, with any needed certification or specifications verified to regina.l.gibson7.civ@army.mil.
  8. Questions or any needed additional information must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to solicitation close date/time and should be e mailed directly to regina.l.gibson7.civ@army.mil.

Background
The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant is issuing a Simplified Acquisition under SAT request for the procurement of Hamilton Castors. The goal of this contract is to acquire specific casters that meet detailed specifications, ensuring they are suitable for military applications. All contractors must have an active registration.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 80 Hamilton Casters with the following specifications:
- Nominal size: 12" diameter x 4.5" face; 8" inside diameter of steel rim x 4.5" Hub Length
- Bearing: 1-1/4" Precision Tapered Roller Bearing
- Load Capacity: 3300 LBS. @ 3 MPH
- Material: 70 durometer rubber bonded to steel rim, which is pressed onto Steel Center (Rubber is conductive)
- Brand Name Requirement: HAMILTON NAME BRAND ONLY, NO SUBSTITUTES

Delivery will be FOB Destination to the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination.

Period of Performance
The firm delivery date for the casters is set for October 20, 2024.
