Hamden, CT HVAC Preventative Maintenance

This is a Base plus 4 Option Year Requirement: USDA FOREST SERVICE NORTHERN RESEARCH STATION 51 MILL POND ROAD HAMDEN CT 06514-1703 Provide labor and materials to perform quarterly maintenance checks on Carrier controls (including computer controls), VAV boxes, Aquasnap chiller, Carrier air handling unit, hot water pumps, and Hydro Therm gas-fired boilers (4) at Hamdens main building. The quarterly maintenance includes inspection and necessary service and repairs to maintain in a good operating condition. In addition to quarterly maintenance there may be times when service calls are necessary. These should be within normal business hours to be covered on the contract. If emergencies outside out normal business hours arise, the service call will be at an overtime basis and outside the normal scope of the contract and will be billed accordingly.
