Haas Machine Maintenance Service

The Air Force Test Center Operational Contracting Division (AFTC/PZIOAB) Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a sole source contract to Phillips Corporation, 7390 Coca Cola Drive Suite 200, Hanover, MD 21076, Cage Code: 3MPQ0, to provide annual preventative maintenance and above and beyond maintenance and repairs. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order.

The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This authority is supported by an approved Far Part 13 Single Source Justification. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $7.5M. The anticipated award date is 30 May 2019.
