This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as certified on the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Security Camera System Evaluation for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System in accordance with the Statement of Work. Background

Work Details
The contractor is required to evaluate the current camera system configurations at various locations included in the Central Texas VA Health Care System. The evaluation will focus on health, functionality, age of hardware, and performance of the current equipment. It will also provide recommendations for best options to improve functionality and performance to the system. The report will evaluate the current state of the system, captured data related to the Victor & VideoEdge software, related devices, and customer feedback.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform and accomplish the task. The locations for this request are: 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas; 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas; 7901 Metropolis Drive, Austin, TX.
