Pxao Elevator Maintenance Services

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Phoenix Area Office (PXAO) has a requirement for recurring and 'as needed' elevator maintenance services to include testing, inspection, preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services. The service location is Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office, 6150 W Thunderbird Rd. Glendale, AZ 85306. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to effectively and efficiently fulfill all requirements with the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall coordinate scheduling through the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Any contractor procedures dealing with special tasks/equipment, including Safety coordination for building limitations to entry and exit shall be submitted 15 days prior to mobilization.
A Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) will be prepared by the contractor to identify all hazards specific to the work to be performed on site. This JHA may be reviewed and commented upon prior to the start of on-site work but shall be reviewed and adjusted/amended as necessary upon the first day of work on site, and each day thereafter when any changes in conditions or activities impact the safety practices and mitigations contained in the JHA and when new activities are added.
At the start of each day the JHA will be reviewed with all employees performing the work. No change in the approved plan and JHA shall be implemented without written concurrence of the COR. Any limits to building entry or exit needed by the contractor will be coordinated with the COR. BOR reserves the right to require the contractor to make changes in the Safety Program and operations as necessary to assure the safety and health of all persons on or near the site along with all other sections of RSHS, 29 CRF 1926, WAC, and all other federal, state, and local codes and regulations as they apply.
