Subject: LEASE AND MAINTENANCE OF INDUSTRIAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT GUAM. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required for the delivery of the leased industrial type heavy equipment at Naval Base Guam Sites, Piers and Wharves, Navy Support Activities Andersen (NSAA)/Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), and Camp Blaz Marine Corps Base on the island of Guam. The leased equipment will be operated by qualified Government Civil Service personnel, see Enclosure (1).

2. This requirement is for Lease and Maintenance of Industrial Heavy Equipment

3. This procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commercial items contract for one (1) base plus two (2) option years.

4. Performance Period

Base Period 15 July 2020 14 July 2021

1st Option Period 15 July 2021 14 July 2022

2nd Option Period 15 July 2022 14 July 2023

Total number of months 36 Months

5. Award will be made to the responsible offerors whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price and technical evaluation factors.

6. It is the bidders/offerors responsibility to check this site daily in order to be notified of any changes to this solicitation.

7. The solicitation will be issued on or about 22 January 2020. Proposals will be due on or about 21 February 2020 at NAVFAC Marianas, MCAG, Camp Blaz Marine Corp Base, Guam at the time specified in the solicitation.
