Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [ 100-year / 500-Year ] floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease space in Rapid City, South Dakota for a period of 15 years, with an estimated occupancy date of August 1, 2025. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease will not be awarded for any offered property located within a 100-year floodplain unless the Government has determined that there is no practicable alternative.

Work Details
The space being sought should have a minimum of 5,900 and a maximum of 6,400 square feet (ABOA) and should be suitable for office and warehouse/garage use. Additionally, it should provide a total of 17 parking spaces, including 14 surface spaces and 3 structured spaces to accommodate oversized vehicles. The offered space must be fully serviced.
