GSA Region 2 Jacob K. Javits Federal Building Complex O&M Services for 2023-2029

A new National Specification document was recently issued and has revised or revamped much of the language in our service contract and requirements. Please carefully read through and review the attached full solicitation and all related attachments to thoroughly understand the requirements of this procurement. One Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held. The site visit date is TBA. The site visit will consist of touring Jacob K. Javits Federal Building at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278, Court of International Trade at 1 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278, and Howard Street Garage at 203-209 Centre Street, New York, NY 10013. Attending the site visit is not a requirement of the solicitation, but highly encouraged in order to accurately assess the requirements and pricing of a potential service contract. PLEASE TAKE NOTE - the performance and payment bonds requirements for this procurement are both 100% of the original contract price. The bid bond is 20% of the total price or $3M, whichever is less.
