GSA PBS - Smart Building IDIQ Services - MRAS

Purchase Agency: National Capital Region (NCR)
Reason for Purchase: The NCR is seeking smart building technology services and support to upgrade and/or replace existing building systems to the latest GSA PB-ITS remediated version of software and hardware. This is in line with the GSA's Smart Building Technology framework, which aims to improve building efficiency and performance.
Work to be Acquired: The contractor will provide integration services via existing Tridium Niagara Framework® Supervisors Regional Operations Center (ROC) Server and Building Monitoring & Control (BMC) Server(s) via GSA's Building Systems Network (BSN). This includes upgrading hardware and software, integrating data points, creating a graphical interface, and training users on the system.
Timeframe of Acquisition: The base year contract will run from XX/XX/2024 to XX/XX/2025, with the option for four additional one-year periods.
Place of Performance/Delivery: The work will be performed in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Notable Information: The contract allows for Fixed Price, Time-and-Materials, or Labor-Hour contract types at the task order level. The minimum guarantee for each contract is $2,000, and there is no maximum amount per task order. The contractor must comply with GSA IT security requirements and ensure all software proposed is fully supported through its lifecycle. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to privacy, security, and accessibility requirements and follow Agile program and project management methodologies for development tasks.
