THIS IS A FINAL SOLICITATION NOTICE

This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 5.102, is posted by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to announce the issuance of a FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) for Phase II of the Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) Federal Strategic Sourcing Solution inclusive of Zones 2 through 6. BMO is an unrestricted solicitation. BMO is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) solicitation using full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1.
