Background
This IDIQ contract is for non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Work shall include but may not be limited to: improved grounds maintenance, semi-improved grounds maintenance, airfield grounds maintenance, unimproved grounds maintenance, irrigation system repairs, debris removal, leaf removal, fertilization, pest control, lawn repair, shrub and hedge pruning, vegetative beds maintenance, surface drainage ditch maintenance, tree pruning, tree and stump removal, tree and vegetative planting, and emergency and special events response.

Work Details
Non-personal service requirement includes all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, material, labor for grounds maintenance at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and Blakeslee Air Force Recreation Area in North Carolina. The work includes maintaining improved grounds during growing season (March through October), non-growing season (November), irrigation system maintenance and repairs, debris removal, leaf removal, fertilization, pest control, lawn repair, shrub and hedge pruning. It also covers maintaining semi-improved grounds during growing season (March through October), non-growing season (November), airfield grounds maintenance during growing season (March through October) and non-growing season (November), unimproved grounds maintenance. Additionally includes maintaining vegetative beds and related areas; surface drainage ditches; tree pruning; tree and stump removal; emergency tree pruning; emergency tree and stump removal; special cuts; planting trees, shrubs and vegetative beds; emergency and special events response.
