Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to perform market research in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The goal is to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Cape Henlopen USARC, located at 1137 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE 19958.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes maintaining healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants to present a clean and professional appearance. The contractor must adhere to local, state, and federal regulations while ensuring effective quality control and assurance. The contractor's performance will be evaluated based on a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan that defines performance standards and acceptable defect rates.

Period of Performance
The expected period of performance is one 12-month base period with four additional 12-month option periods.
